Born and brought up in a traditional Christian background in Kerala, South India, I have received Jesus Christ as my personal savior when I was a 10th grade student. Gradually, I sensed that God was taking my life to a new direction and the turning point came on 9th September, 1983, when surrendered my life to Jesus for His service.

After Five years of discipleship and ministry training in OM, I started to pray and seek Lord’s guidance for my future ministry. And HE opened the door before me in 1990, to join a vibrant and growing mission movement, which was effectively expanding its Church planting ministry across Asia. I could not have imagined the numerous opportunities that awaited me in this movement.

I was put into all sorts of situation. My training and experience in OM came handy and I was able to use my gifting and talents passionately and with great results. New opportunities opened up and God helped me handle various roles gracefully and effectively. Heading pioneering missions in cross cultural conditions in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir has been a crucial milestone in my life. With every new challenge that God put on my path He supplied grace abundantly as well.

Meanwhile in 1993, God blessed me with a wife; one who really had a call from the Lord for ministry. And I could hardly thank Him enough for providing such a perfect match in my life. Her support and help in the ministry is beyond any words could describe.

Thereafter God talked to me and my wife about the new change He has in store for us: moving into Church planting ourselves! So we moved to Chandigarh in 2002 to work with a church planting organization. Besides giving leadership for the movement I became a Pastor of the local city Church. My wife too got actively involved with Women’s ministry, leading and counseling members in need. It was one of the most fruitful significant periods in our life.

We hardly knew that bigger challenges lay ahead and God has been equipping and readying us for them! In the year 2007, God has talked to us very clearly, asking us to move from the present place. Right now we are in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh and continuing His work. And God has showed us several North Indian states such as Bihar, Jharkand, Orissa, West Bengal and Chattisgargh that are unreached. We must take the gospel to the unreached people in these states. To achieve this vision we have registered an organization called “SHARE & SERVE” in the year of 2007. Our Motto is “Saved to Share & Serve”.

SHARE & SERVE believe in team work, partnership and multiplication. We plan to offer short term Bible training for the grass root workers, start children homes, and impart skill training such as tailoring for widows and poor women in order to empower them financially. Also provide medical services, Pastors study seminars and Leadership training to the budding leaders. Through these multifaceted efforts we can bring the Gospel to places and plant the churches where there are no churches.

What is it that you can do to realize this vision? Your time, energy, resources and involvement can make a difference! Invest in the eternity! Ask yourself what is it that the Lord has GIVEN you to GIVE to see His work advance! And He will reward you richly!
